Olivia was more than a breath of fresh air for our family - She was a responsive, professional, competent, nurturing, personable, and confident caregiver for our 10-day old NICU baby. From the moment she arrived, we felt at ease with her gentle and calm demeanor. It was a huge relief to hand our baby off to her - regardless of whether said baby was asleep, awake, crying, happy, refusing to sleep, or otherwise confusing us. Olivia was immediately curious and eager to learn how we did things and offered many degrees of additional help beyond baby sleep. She was unfazed by our evolving routines, sleeping environments, levels of energy to engage, and need to shut off immediately after she arrived. Quickly she felt more like a trusted auntie than a postpartum doula and it was with great sadness that we said goodbye after 10 weeks. Truly could not recommend Olivia more highly, or the services of a night doula in general.

Olivia was a postpartum doula for us and did an absolutely amazing job. She was wonderful with both caring for our daughter and caring for me after a rough delivery and additional hospitalization. Olivia was always so thoughtful and consistently went above and beyond, doing things I didn't even know I needed done (strategically placed burp cloths, snacks, water bottles) in addition to being amazing with the baby. I can't recommend her enough!
