Childbirth Preparation
Private childbirth prep classes can be so helpful for first time parents or anyone wanting to feel more educated and prepared. During this class I will educate you on the phases of labor as well as what you can expect your body to do during labor. Since this is a private class I can tailor the information to best fit you, your needs and concerns and your pregnancy. I will teach you many helpful techniques and comfort measures for you to implement, and I am happy to answer any and all questions you have. My hope for this class is to inform you and empower you to be confident in yourself and your body before labor.
Postpartum Preparation
I recommend this course for anyone who wants to feel prepared, confident, and ready for the postpartum period. During this class I will teach you how to physically, emotionally, mentally, and environmentally prepare to welcome a child into your life, as well as how to care for a newborn and feeding basics! My hope for this class is to empower you as a new parent and help you gain the confidence to be the best parent you can for your child.
